Marine Corps Marathon
WE WANT TO CARRY YOU.
On October 22, 2017, I will be participating in the Marine Corp Marathon in Washington, DC alongside my dear, childhood friend, Daniella Tabor, to raise much needed funds for the SMS Research Foundation. Together, we will run 26.2 miles of grit and determination in honor of my daughter, Sienna, and all individuals living with the struggles and triumphs of Smith-Magenis Syndrome.
But, we don’t want to just run FOR people with SMS. We want to run WITH them. So, for a donation of $25 or more, we would like to add the name of your loved one to the backs of our race shirts**. It would be our honor to carry your child through the streets of our nations capitol as a reminder that we are on this journey together. None of us is ever alone.
If you don’t have a loved one with SMS but are moved by the cause and would like to have a hand in advancing our research efforts, donations are greatly appreciated and can also be made here.
**Deadline for name submissions is September 1st.
